President Cyril Ramaphosa has placed National Police Commissioner Fannie Masemola on precautionary suspension pending the finalisation of a case he is facing.
Masemola faces four charges relating to the contravention of the Public Finances Management Act. These relate to the contract awarded to “Cat” Matlala’s Medicare24.
