Members of the Progressive Caucus have walked out during President Cyril Ramaphosa‘s oral reply session in Parliament on Thursday afternoon.
The President was fielding questions from MPs.
The uMkhonto Wesizwe Party (MKP), Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) and the African Transformation Movement (ATM) parties refused to listen to the President. They said he has broken the law and must do the honorable thing by resigning.
This follows the Constitutional Court judgment on Phala Phala matter overturning Parliament’s rejection of the Section 89 report which found that he may have a case to answer.
