Police want to trace man after voyeurism reported in toilet at St George’s Shopping Centre

An investigation has been launched after an incident of suspected voyeurism in the men’s toilets at a city shopping centre.

A man was in a toilet cubicle when he saw another man looking over the top of his cubicle wall into another cubicle.

Lancashire Police have released pictures of a man they wish to speak to in connection with the incident.

It took place at 12.15pm on Tuesday 9 June.

A police spokesperson said: “It was reported that a man was in the public toilets of St George’s Shopping Centre looking over the top of his cubicle wall into another cubicle, watching another man on the toilet.

“We appreciate this happened some time ago, and whilst we have been making enquiries since that date, we are now in a position to ask for your help.”

Anyone who recognises the man pictured, witnessed the incident or who has footage or information should contact police on 101 quoting log 674 of 9 June.
