A road in Fulwood was closed on Saturday evening due to a serious crash.
Emergency services – North West Ambulance Service, Lancashire Fire & Rescue Service and Lancashire Constabulary – were at the scene on Oliver’s Place, part of the Fulwood Central retail park, at 7.45pm on Saturday evening (6 June).
The road was closed in both directions while they responded to what is thought to be a two-vehicle crash.

The exact severity of any injuries is not yet clear and Blog Preston has approached Lancashire Constabulary for more information.
Eastway remained open to traffic throughout the evening although there was congestion for people either trying to leave or realising they could not use Oliver’s Place.
