Two Preston businesses have joined forces to launch a new membership designed to give women access to fitness, Pilates and discounted recovery services.

TRibeFitness and Jyai Wellness Centre, both based at Preston Technology Centre in Marsh Lane, have created The Wellness Edit, which combines three fitness classes a week at TRibeFitness and one weekly Reformer Pilates session at Jyai.

TRibeFitness offers classes from 5.30am through to the evening, including strength training, group personal training, low-impact sessions, boot camps and mat Pilates. Weekend classes are also available, including twice-monthly mother-and-daughter sessions.

Jyai’s Reformer Pilates classes are led by instructors trained at some of the most respected schools in the Pilates world and are suitable for all abilities. The studio offers classes for young people aged 12 to 16.

Lyn from TRibeFitness said: “The idea is simple but ambitious – give women everything they need to train smart, move well and look after their long-term health, without having to juggle several gyms and providers to do it.”

Jemma from Jyai added: “Bringing two established businesses together under one membership reflects a shared belief: that women’s health is best supported by joining the dots between movement, strength and recovery, rather than treating them as separate things.”
