The Guild Lounge’s monthly comedy club returns this August with three talented comedians.
Taking place on Friday 7 August 2026, Laughter at The Lounge will feature performances from Karen Bayley, Sandro Ford and Elliot Steel.
Karen is known for her fearless humour, razor sharp one-liners and infectious stage presence. The first female winner of The Comedy Store’s prestigious King Gong competition, she has toured alongside comedy favourites Joe Lycett and Jason Manford in the UK and internationally.
Sandro is a fast-rising comedian who’s described as sharing sharp observations and brilliant storytelling in an unapologetically honest style. A co-host of the Problematic Pub Podcast, Sandro has also appeared on Have a Word, Dead Men Talking and Hot Water Green Room. He draws inspiration from everyday life, growing up, getting older and the characters found in and around pubs.
Elliot is said to be one of British comedy’s brightest young talents, with an intelligent, fearless, and unpredictable style. Performing stand-up since the age of 16, Elliot has appeared on Comedy Central’s Roast Battle, BBC Radio 1 and BBC Radio 4 as well as performing at the Edinburgh Fringe, The Comedy Store, and Hot Water Comedy Club.
