A salon on New Hall Lane is celebrating welcoming 120 clients within its first month of trading.
Hannah’s Beauty Bar and Laser Clinic offers a range of beauty treatments and is dedicated to supporting local apprentices by working alongside Preston College.
The salon was officially opened last month by former world champion boxer Natasha Jonas.

The team said they aim to provide a welcoming retreat where every client leaves feeling confident.
Salon owner Shoaib Desai said: “The support from the Preston community has been incredible. From engaging with us on social media to visiting the salon and choosing to shop locally, the encouragement we have received has exceeded all expectations.
“It has been amazing to see local people supporting a new independent business, and we are extremely grateful to everyone who has helped us get off to such a strong start.
“Words can’t explain how thankful we are. This is only the beginning, and we are excited about the future, creating more local jobs, expanding our services, and continuing to give back to the community that has welcomed us so warmly.”
The salon plans to expand its team by recruiting additional qualified therapists and a receptionist.
