Lane 1 of the A48 between Pentwyn and Llanedeyrn in Cardiff is closed after a collision, South Wales Police have said.
The force said it is at the scene of a collision on the A48 at Pentwyn. The Pentwyn off slip westbound and the road underneath the Pentwyn interchange are also closed.
