Dutch house DJ Franky Rizardo will headline an open-air show at Cardiff Castle next summer as part of DEPOT Live at Cardiff Castle 2027.
The show takes place on Saturday 7 August.
Pre-sale tickets are available from 10am on Thursday 29 October via depotlive.co.uk/frankyrizardo, and all tickets go on general sale at 10am on Friday 30 October via depotlive.co.uk and ticketmaster.co.uk.
Rizardo is the founder of FLOW, an event brand he launched in 2015 that has hosted events in New York, Miami, Ibiza, South America and Europe, including a residency at Pacha Ibiza. Earlier this year his More To Life concept sold out Amsterdam’s Ziggo Dome, bringing together 15,000 people. He also runs the label LTF Records.
DEPOT Live founder Nick Saunders said: “Franky Rizardo is a huge name in house music, with a sound that gets dancefloors bouncing around the world. We can’t wait to welcome him to Cardiff Castle next summer and turn one of Wales’ most iconic landmarks into a huge dancefloor. It’s going to be some party!”
Rizardo joins The Corrs, Kraftwerk, Sonny Fodera, Bananarama, Ronan Keating, Jack Savoretti and James Morrison among the first headliners announced for DEPOT Live at Cardiff Castle 2027, which is presented by promoters DEPOT Live and Cuffe and Taylor.
