The case of North West businessman Suliman Carrim has been postponed to next Thursday at the Musina Magistrate’s Court in Limpopo.

Carrim is facing charges of attempted theft of motor vehicles, fraud and uttering.

His employees were arrested at the Beitbridge border in July after two vehicles, allegedly bought by Carrim using fraudulent documents, were intercepted. The vehicles were reportedly destined for Malawi.

Carrim has been in custody since Thursday last week, awaiting a bail judgment in a separate matter in which he faces charges of contravening the Commissions Act after allegedly failing to appear before the Madlanga Commission.
