Chinese pyrotechnics greeted the New Year at Colombo Port City

Colombo, January 1: As December 31, 2021, gave way to January 1, 2022, thousands of New Year-Eve revellers at the Colombo Port City were treated to a brilliant and imaginative display of Chinese pyrotechnics.

The vast concourse of young and old was in raptures as the thunderous fireworks rent the air and the Colombo skyline was brilliantly lit by the flashes of the crackers.
