Fire crews battle massive fire in Uptown area

CHICAGO (CBS) – Fire crews are responding to a massive fire in the Uptown area.

The fire started around 6 a.m., in an auto repair shop at 5000 N. Clark St. Heavy smoke can be seen from DuSable Lake Shore Drive.

One person was transported to Weiss Hospital in fair condition.

The apartment next door was also evacuated.
