Everything is really not as it seems when watching an episode of Diiche. In one episode, you think you can tell who killed Nnamdi, in another, you’re questioning all you thought you knew about the entire series.
Here are some highlights from episode 4 of Diiche
Diiche’s Mother Is Overprotective
Diiche’s mother has always had the domineering attitude from episode 1 but to find out that she would go as far as buying her daughter a husband was not part of the many things that formed that opinion.
She had paid Nnamdi 50 million naira to marry her daughter, Diiche.
Diiche Finds Out About Nnamdi’s Deal
Not only did Diiche see signs that her fiance was cheating at their party, but she also discovered that her mother paid her now-dead fiance to marry her. This just seems like a perfect reason to murder him, but that might change in the next episode.
Nnamdi And Gmoney Have History
Nnamdi was not only a filmmaker but a part-time slave to Gmoney. He was doing Gmoney’s dirty work, including carrying out a possible murder. What’s surprising is that Jimi, his partner and best friend, knows nothing about it.
Nnamdi and Esosa Were In A Relationship
In the number of twists that could have happened when this series started, Nnamdi and Esosa (Diiche’s manager) having an affair behind Diiche’s back was not on that list.
Diiche Has Some Diabolical Connection With Waters
In the last scene of episode 4, Diiche was hearing voices from the beach, which eventually took her away. It somewhat confirms the suspicions that she is possessed. What connection does she have with the waters?
For four episodes, Diiche has given us a lot to look forward to, including a solid storyline, excellent cinematography, and great acting skills from all the casts involved. A new episode is released every Thursday on Showmax.
