A new initiative by Coles and Flybuys could see Aussies saving more money at the supermarket as the cost of groceries and fresh produce places pressure on household budgets.
Throughout November, customers can swipe their Flybuys cards to save an extra $1, $2, $3, $5, or $10 on popular products.
The products include mince, bread, cheese, yogurt, juice, coffee, cereal, cat food and a hot roast chicken.

"We're giving customers instant discounts off products so rather than giving points we are giving actual dollars off so that is a real savings back in their pocket," Martine Alpins from Coles said.
The offer runs until November 29.
"With cost of living pressures continuing to be a significant challenge for our members, we're continually looking for new ways to reward them with more value for their everyday spend, whether it be through bonus points offers, saving money at the fuel pump, or through money off their shop at Coles," Flybuys CEO Anna Lee said.
It comes as Aussies are spending more on their regular grocery shops with food sales jumping 1 per cent in September, the equivalent of about $135 million in national spend.

Carmen Carnovale is a loyal Flybuys shopper and has cashed in points for items like a baby monitor.
"The cost of living as we know is going up so every little dollar that we can save will be great," she said.
Meanwhile, the other supermarket giant, Woolworths, has Everyday Extra where consumers can benefit from rewards including 10 per cent off their shop once a month.
