A woman charged with the murder of her ex-wife is also accused of colluding with someone else to avoid the blame.

Anastasia Marshall is accused of killing Krystal Marshall and then setting her body on fire at the home they shared in Aldinga Beach, about 45 kilometres south of Adelaide.

The third person allegedly involved is also believed to have lived at the house. The 48-year-old man is thought to be Anastasia's new lover and is also a co-accused in the death.

Today a magistrate lifted a secrecy order on allegations the pair had worked together but that the man would take the fall.

The pair were secretly recorded in prison phone calls allegedly discussing "sticking to the plan" and "pinning the blame" on the 48-year-old.

Marshall's lawyer had argued to keep the calls suppressed and said his client never made them, only received them, and that the allegations were false.

In court today Marshall sobbed during her bail hearing as her lawyer asked for her to be released under supervision.

"It's a difficult situation, she's very distressed, you can see that," Nick Vadasz said outside court.

Police said they hold "extreme concerns" Marshall will interfere with the investigation, and said she had already given three conflicting versions of events.

Prosecutors handed a large bundle of prison telephone transcripts to the court which will be considered before a decision on Marshall's bail is made next week.
