Preston firm finds new home and creates city centre co-working space

The owner of a Preston-based quantity surveyors said the firm’s move to new offices in the city centre shows the growing confidence businesses have of investing in the area.

The QS Company has acquired new premises at Alliance House, in Ormskirk Road, and company bosses said the new premises were an ideal location from which to expand its operations and ‘better serve its growing client base’.

The company is also offering flexible co-working spaces and is already the new home of another local business, Studio John Bridge Architects.

Speaking about the move into the city centre, Jake Suthers, owner of The QS Company, said: “This exciting transition represents a significant milestone for us, marking a new era of growth and innovation.

“Our new office is more than just a location, it is a reflection of our dedication to the work that we do. We are confident that this new space will inspire us to reach new heights with collaborative workspaces and vibrant communal areas.

“The move is also a recognition of the growing confidence in investing in Preston city centre. I am personally really passionate about the regeneration of this amazing city, which has so much future potential.
