Moor Park echoed to the sound of Asian beats during Saturday as the city’s Mela returned.
South Asian Mela took over the park with traditional dance, song and foodie delights.
From henna painting to rides there was something for everyone to enjoy during the event on Saturday 6 July.

See pictures below from across the one-day festival which is an annual event in the city and has moved to Moor Park for more space after traditionally being on Avenham and Miller Parks.
