IT’S no secret that Aldi’s middle aisle is a treasure trove of homeware come Thursdays and Sundays.
That’s because these are the bi-weekly days that it drops brand new Specialbuys – limited edition items that often sell-out instantly.

And among the Specialbuys for the upcoming drops are luxury candles and diffusers.
One of the diffusers is a dupe for a £74 Jo Malone scent, while the candles are meant to be a holiday in a glass bottle.
The Aqua Italia Candle cost £3.99 and are apparently reminiscent of the “unforgettable scents” of Italy.
Among the sweet scents, which have around 35 hours of burn time, are Tuscan Hills, Fig Trees and Italian Gardens.
“Fill your home with unforgettable scents with this Hotel Collection Aqua Italia Candle,” Aldi bosses said.
“A stylish and functional addition to any room in your home.
“Upgrade any space and allow moreish and desirable scents to gently flow throughout your rooms.

The Hotel Collection XL Reed Diffusers are copycats of Jo Malone’s classic £74 diffusers.
The £8.99 dupes come in scents of Pink Pepper, Rose, Amber & Leather, as well as Apple Flower, Peony & Lily.
There’s also a Tuberose, Cashmere & Ylang Ylang fragrance.
Aldi bosses dubbed the glass bottles “a stylish and functional addition to any room in your home”.

Aldi’s social media team took to Instagram to promote all of the new luxury homeware pieces.
“Add a little luxury to your living room with one of our new candles,” they penned.
