A driver has been charged with manslaughter after a crash killed a three-year-old girl and injured five adults in WA's Pilbara region.
The 24-year-old man has also been charged with dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm and dangerous driving occasioning bodily harm after the incident in De Grey, between Port Hedland and Pardoo, about 10.50pm on August 14.
The maroon-coloured Holden Captiva was on an access road near Great Northern Highway when it rolled, police say.

The girl suffered critical injuries and died at the scene.
Five adults other adults in the car, three women and and two men, suffered minor injuries.
The man is due to appear before the Stirling Gardens Magistrates Court today.
