A DANCING with the Stars alum has revealed the Jerry Springer-like atmosphere on the show.
Bristol Palin appeared on former pro Cheryl Burke’s podcast to talk about her crazy time on DWTS.

On Sex, Lies, and Spray Tans, Bristol, 33, said that when she made it to the semi-finals, another contestant was jealous of her.
“I thought we were cool. I thought things were so fun,” she said.
Bristol said when fellow contestant singer Brandy got voted off and she went to the finale, it was “so awkward” in the ballroom.
“I have never felt something so awkward than I did in that dance room,” she said.
Cheryl, 40, said everyone could feel the tension in the room.
When Bristol got through over Brandy, Brandy’s mom yelled that the show was “rigged” in the audience.
‘FOAMING FROM THE MOUTH’
“It was like Jerry Springer in there,” Cheryl continued.
The Jerry Springer Show usually ended in a screaming match between the guests on the show.
“She got up on her feet and was foaming from the mouth.”
Bristol said that she felt like she needed to apologize to Brandy and her mom.
“I felt so bad. I remember her not even looking at me,” she said.
Bristol and Brandy competed in Season 11 together.
Bristol then came back for the All-Star Season on Season 15.
She was partnered with former pro Mark Ballas in both seasons.

Cheryl went on to talk about Bristol’s 2011 book, Not Afraid of Life: MY Journey So Far, where she talked about DWTS.
“You mention in your book the comradery was interesting, right?” the former pro said.
“You saw some cast members roll their eyes every time you guys would make it through.”
“That must’ve not been fun to deal with, right?” Cheryl asked.
Bristol said that a lot of people were nice, but on All-Stars one celebrity has called her a mean name.
“Pamela Anderson was on that season and she made a gesture that insinuated that I was crazy or something,” Bristol said.
“It was something like that.”
She also revealed during a rapid-fire question round that pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy would also roll his eyes at her.
“Oh, he hated me so much,” the reality TV personality said.
She said that she didn’t know the reason, but it was probably because her and Mark got through week after week.
“I definitely felt the tension from him,” Bristol said.
The DWTS contestant also revealed that someone on the wardrobe team called Bristol a b***h backstage because she wanted to cover up her chest and wear Spanx.
She ended by saying Kathy Griffin said on a talk show that Bristol was like the “white Precious,” who was a character from a movie who was known for being overweight.
However, in the end, Bristol said that she had a great time on the show and it made her step out of her comfort zone.
