A total of 50 food traders have been announced for BBC’s Radio 2 in the Park festival this weekend at Moor Park.

The festival is kicking off this Friday (6 September) with a pre-party and continuing with the main acts across Saturday (7 September) and Sunday (8 September) with the likes of Travis, Snow Patrol and Pixie Lott performing.

Those attending are permitted to bring a 500ml sealed plastic bottle or paper carton of water or soft drink but hampers, cool boxes or boxes with food inside are not allowed. Small amounts of food can be brought in but must in line with the permitted bag size of A4.

However, food choices are not short, from lobster dishes to wood-fired pizza, there are options on site for everyone.

For those who have more of a sweet tooth, there are also a range of tasty treats including churros and ice cream.

The food trucks will be dotted across the whole of the festival site at Moor Park, from the entrance to the enhanced garden area.

There will also be a broad selection of hot and cold drinks and several bars within the arena serving beers, ciders, wines and spirits. No alcoholic drinks are allowed to be brought into the venue.

The food traders cater for vegetarians, vegans and those who have a gluten-free or halal diet.

According to information from the catering management at the festival, traders which have identified as sole gluten-free, meaning they have no gluten products on their menu or within their outlet include site one, Risotto & Arancini, site 19, Dirty Fries, site 37, Grab n Go and site 46, Tacos Cantina Del Sabor.

As a commitment to sustainability, BBC Radio 2 have also calculated the carbon footprint of every food item on sale at the festival, so people can compare the environmental impact of different menu items when they choose what to buy.

The food trucks are rated from low to high, with a green rating meaning they have a low carbon footprint, which is better for the environment and a red rating meaning they have a high carbon footprint.

A full list of traders at the event is listed below or you can view the map which shows where each truck is located.
