Nine has been recognised for its outstanding journalism, picking up the prestigious Gold Walkley at the annual Walkley Awards.
A team of journalists from 60 Minutes, The Age, The Sydney Morning Herald and the Financial Review won Australian journalism's top award tonight for the Building Bad investigation into the CFMEU.
The report also picked up the award for best long-form current affairs story on television.
The award for best short-form current affairs story on television also went to 60 Minutes.
Nick McKenzie, Amelia Ballinger and Michael Bachelard were recognised for their work on The Power Player.
Their newspaper reporting on leaked messages from Canberra's most powerful public servant was also recognised as the scoop of the year.
