Exclusive: The man allegedly murdered at the hands of two other men at a Redbank Plains apartment complex, west of Brisbane overnight has been identified as Daniel Finley.
The family of the father-of-two have told 9News exclusively of their heartbreak, saying the 43-year-old "was the type of guy who would give you the shirt off his back if he could".
"He was one of the first people to call you and check in if he ever heard that something was going on," they told 9News.

"He was a good man, who loved his children, his sister and his family."
Finley was found by emergency services unresponsive in a Lillian Street apartment just before 9pm yesterday with stab wounds.
Police say Finley had been at the complex with two other people when an argument broke out.
Detective Superintendent George Marchesini said the 43-year-old had suffered "significant injuries".
"Any death is tragic, under these circumstances it takes its toll on family, community, on people residing around that particular area," Marchesini said.
Queensland Police launched a homicide investigation and two men, aged 48 and 33, have since been arrested and charged with murder.
"There have been a number of bladed weapons that have been seized', Marchesini told media.
Finley's friend, Larry Autar, told 9News the alleged victim was wheelchair-bound.
"My heart goes out to the family and our neighbours and the community as a whole, you know this is a very rare thing to happen".
"He was getting his prosthetic leg sometime this month actually, you know and he was going to learn to walk on it.
"It's just confusing and shocking."
Investigations are continuing, and Queensland Police are urging anyone with further information to come forward.
