A fifth person has been charged over the fatal 2023 shooting of Ferenc "David" Stemler in Sydney.
About 2am on July 27 that year, emergency services were called to Broughton Street in Canterbury.
Police found a man with gunshot wounds who was treated by paramedics, but died at the scene.

He was identified as Ferenc "David" Stemler, aged 28.
Four people have previously been charged, including one earlier this week, and they remain before the courts.
At about 9.15am yesterday, police arrested a 30-year-old man in Kempsey.
He was charged with murder and firearm offences.
He was refused bail and appeared in court yesterday.
Police allege the man was part of a criminal plot responsible for Stemler's death.
