MOTLEY Crue frontman Vince Neil was celebrating his birthday in Florida when his private plane crashed into another jet at an Arizona airport, his friend said.
The music star’s pal revealed Neil wanted to enjoy the beach while his girlfriend was in Arizona preparing for a horse event.

Lance Graves told TMZ Neil and his pals were celebrating his 64th birthday.
Neil’s girlfriend Rain Hannah was injured in the horror smash and pilot Joie Vitosky, 78, was killed.
He was planning to head to Arizona later this week.
Hannah was on a Learjet 35A aircraft that experienced a landing gear failing.
This meant it plowed into a Gulfstream aircraft that was parked on the airfield.
Hannah was left with five broken ribs and has since pulled out of the Royal Crown barrel racing competition she was due to appear in.
Her friend was also injured in the smash but the injuries have not been disclosed.
