Late contender for takedown of the week comes this exchange from ScotRail over on Twitter after the train company shared a post to mark Trans Day of Remembrance, which each year honours those lost to transphobic violence.

This being Twitter, of course, not everyone was pleased and naturally took the opportunity to share their feelings with everyone else.
And we’re glad they did because ScotRail’s response was first class.
And it didn’t terminate there.
Wasting time, effort, and money on performative activism directs resources away from the job at hand. Suppose just getting on with the day job won’t win you any pointless diversity awards though.
