The U.S.-EU Trade and Tech Council will take place May 15-16 in France, EU Trade Commissioner Valdis Dombrovskis said Monday.
The recently created diplomatic forum has the goal of aligning American and European policies in areas such as microchips, robots, artificial intelligence and trade. The first meeting happened on September 29 last year in Pittsburgh.
“This vital joint forum is crucial for providing global leadership across a range of key issues,” Dombrovskis said.
