Burger chain owner Ben told 9News he was devastated at what had happened.

He said he had been working overnight to try and repair some of the damage.

“I’m a little bit emotional,” Ben said.

“I got home from work last night about midnight and got a call at 1am that there was a break-in at our store so I rushed down here,” he said.

“There was a bit of commotion.”

He said the stores also caught fire around Easter last year.

“I don’t know what we did to deserve something like this”.

CCTV from the shops will be used as investigations continue.
