The main route through Preston city centre is blocked by a broken down crane.
Close to the city’s Crown Court complex and the new Animate site – the vehicle has broken down across the carriageway heading towards the Holiday Inn junction at North Road.
Recovery crews are on the way but the crane is expected to be blocking Ringway for another hour or so.

Motorists have been seen driving over the kerb and into the cycle lane to get around the crane.
Ring Way in the direction of the railway station is unaffected.
The crane has been there since around 7pm on Saturday (1 June).
