Man left with badly damaged jaw after Preston city centre attack

Police have released a picture of a man they wish to speak to Pic: Preston Police

A picture of a man has been released by police following an attack which took place after England’s Euros semi-final.

Preston Police say a man in his 20s suffered injuries to his jaw during an assault.

It took place in Preston city centre late on Wednesday 10 July into early hours of Thursday 11 July – just hours after Gareth Southgate’s team late win against the Dutch.

Anyone who recognises the man in the CCTV image is asked to email 6044@lancashire.police.uk or contact 101, quoting log 1414 of 17th July 2024.
