Two Tiktok creators are plotting a series of livestreamed charity walks to raise funds for charities close to their hearts.
Shaun Collinson and Lee McGowan, who have been friends for ten years, are turning their daily walks into a way of raising money for charity.
Their account @adventurewithusofficial is all about exploring the world, chatting about life, and showcasing local gems across Preston and beyond.

The pair are planning a series of charity walks, for Cystic Fibrosis and dementia, where they hope to leverage their platform by live streaming their adventures.
The idea for the charity initiative was inspired by a personal loss.
Lee said: “Our first walk will be through the entire lights but this is a personal memorial walk for a friend who passed away recently. This is where we got the idea to do charity events.”
Their TikTok account itself grew organically from a simple desire to preserve memories.

Lee recalled the beginning, he said: “When visiting these hidden gems, we always used to record little clips and take photos of where we were going—just so we have memories of where we go. On showing our friends and family, they all said why don’t we make videos out of it? We sat down and started making videos and it just clicked—why not make YouTube videos?”
Their real breakthrough came unexpectedly when they did their first TikTok live in Blackpool.
Lee said: “One of our friends (Lee Boar) mentioned that we should go up and make a video; he then mentioned maybe live stream. We’d never done live stream before, so we looked into it, and the best platform to use was TikTok.”
“Since that day we’ve just bumped in popularity with the community and continue to do so going forward.”
Ultimately, their goal is to foster genuine community through relatable content.
“We believe in the power of small moments—a walk through a park, a chat about mental health, a spotlight on a local cafe—to build connection and community.”
