A reformer Pilates and wellness centre has opened just outside Preston city centre.
Jyai, which is located at Preston Technology Centre in Marsh Lane, launched earlier this month.
Open to everyone and described as the calmer sister to TRibeFitness, Jyai stands for Just You, Alignment and Intention.
The centre offers a blend of reformer and mat Pilates, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), Red Light Therapy, and Localised Cryotherapy.

The space is designed with calming, earthy tones designed to create a nurturing environment where visitors can restore, reconnect, and rejuvenate.
Lyn Clement and Jemma Phillips are co-founders of Jyai. Lyn said: “We’re building a wellness community here in Preston. We’re particularly proud of our focus on health and our collaboration with local experts like Jemma Oliver Physiotherapy, Emma from Mandala Yoga Preston and Namaste Herbal Healing Lytham.”
