Crash at Penwortham Way junction leaves debris strewn across road

Drivers have been treated at the scene after a crash left debris strewn across Penwortham Way.

Lancashire Police closed off part of the Chain House Lane junction during Saturday tea time.

Emergency services were called to the junction at 5.13pm on Saturday (10 January).

Police said it was being treated as a minor injury collision between two cars.

No arrests have been made and the road is understood to have fully re-opened.
