A section of the popular cycling and walking route through Bute Park will be temporarily closed later this week while essential resurfacing works are carried out.
Cardiff Council has confirmed that the works will take place on 26 and 27 February. The affected stretch of path will be closed between 9.30am and 4pm on both days.

A diversion route will be in place to allow pedestrians and cyclists to continue their journeys while the improvements are completed.
The council has thanked park users for their patience and understanding during the short term disruption, as the works aim to improve the surface and overall experience for those travelling through the park.
