The Proteas Women’s squad that will take on India in a five-match T20 International series on home soil from 17 to 27 April was announced on Monday.
Cricket South Africa has also confirmed changes to the Proteas Women’s coaching staff ahead of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 in England.
Fidelity Titans wicketkeeper batter, Tebogo Macheke, receives her maiden national call-up after a wrist injury ruled Karabo Meso out of the tour, with Titans bowling all-rounder Eliz-Mari Marx also being recalled to the T20I squad, replacing seamer Masabata Klaas, in the only two changes to the side that toured New Zealand.
Batting coach Baakier Abrahams, fielding coach Bongani Ndaba, and Strength and Conditioning coach Zane Webster’s contracts will not be extended beyond the 2025/26 season.

The festival, which drew thousands of fans last year, is open to everyone — even if you don't have a dog.</p><p>The first event, the <em>Corgi Balade</em>, is happening Thursday, August 28 at 6 p.m. as part of the <em>Ramen Ramen de Rue</em> street food festival in Griffintown. The group walk starts at Place du Marché Atwater and ends at Hangar 1825, where the ramen fest (and a new pizza street festival called <em>Pizza Matta</em>) will be in full swing. Entry to the food site is free for corgi owners (up to two people per pup) and $5 for everyone else.</p><blockquote class="instagram-media" data-instgrm-permalink="https://www.instagram.com/p/C_YIrikRv88/?hl=en" data-instgrm-version="4" style="background:#FFF; border:0; border-radius:3px; box-shadow:0 0 1px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.5),0 1px 10px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.15); margin: 1px; max-width:658px; padding:0; width:99.375%; width:-webkit-calc(100% - 2px); width:calc(100% - 2px);">
