The national final held at Stoke City Football Stadium saw Our Lady’s securing a 3-1 victory and added to their regional success.
Team captain of the national competition, Eden Palmer: “The standard of competition was much higher this year and required us to work as a team more than ever.
“Expectations and the pressure were high as we were defending our title. We had some new, younger players in the team this year, and they stepped up to the occasion.
“Thank you to Mrs Lin for her belief in all of us and the tactical and inspirational team talk at half-time, which pushed us to victory in the final.”
Reaching victory at the Lancashire County Championship and Preston District Cup, Our Lady’s defended their national title and also earned a triple success.
Headteacher Mr Richard Charnock added: “Watching these young women achieve such extraordinary success fills us all with immense pride.
“To win district, county and national titles for a second consecutive year is a remarkable accomplishment, but what inspires me most is the way they have achieved it — through hard work, humility, resilience and a genuine commitment to one another.
“They are truly ‘One of Ours’, and we could not be prouder.”
