Teddy Swims delivers unforgettable night as more than 30,000 fans pack Cardiff’s Blackweir

More than 30,000 fans gathered at Cardiff’s Blackweir as GRAMMY Award winner Teddy Swims delivered a spectacular headline performance on Friday evening.

Joined by his band Freak Freely, the vocal powerhouse performed a 90 minute set under sunny skies, treating the crowd to more than 20 songs during an energetic and emotional performance.

Swims opened the show with The Door, Hammer To The Heart and Are You Even Real, immediately setting the tone for an unforgettable evening.

Throughout the set, fans were treated to multiple pyrotechnic displays, with the concert culminating in a huge singalong to his multi platinum global smash hit, Lose Control.

Opening the show were New Zealand Australian singer and multi instrumentalist Jordan Rakei, alongside breakout vocalist and songwriter Lauren Spencer Smith.

The Blackweir summer concert series continues next week with two headline performances from Lewis Capaldi on Tuesday and Wednesday, before global superstar Pitbull brings the series to a close next Saturday.
