A seven-year-old from Preston has donated twelve inches of her hair to a charity helping ill children.
Rosa went for the big chop on May 23 and raised a total of over £700 for the Little Princess Trust.
Her hair will also be made into wigs for children battling cancer and leukaemia.

Bernadette Killeen, Rosa’s ‘very proud’ Nana, talked about how the big chop came about.
She said: “Rosa had seen a little girl on a TV programme and she had no hair, she asked her mummy why, and she explained that she was very poorly and sometimes it makes you lose your hair.
“She went on to tell her about the Little Princess Trust and how you can donate your hair. This is when Rosa announced that she would like to make someone happy and donate hers.”
“We as a family are so very proud of Rosa, and when we asked her, ‘ Would you donate your hair again it was a definite yes.”
The total donation was supported by a sponsor form and a name-the-doll fundraiser.
