This latest accreditation strengthens the Newcastle-based business’s long-standing relationship with Microsoft, which began with Microsoft Silver Partner status back in 2021, shortly after the company was formed.
For Atom’s customers – which include the likes of Northumbrian Water Group, ClearData, Tombola and Beamish Museum – the accreditations provide independent assurance that the Managed Service Provider possesses the technical capability and proven experience to design, deploy and support complex Microsoft cloud environments. The enhanced partner relationship also unlocks a range of benefits that directly support customer projects, including access to increased commercial and technical support, pilot deployments and trial environments from Microsoft.

Since launching in 2021, Atom has consistently invested in developing Microsoft expertise across the organisation and the company expects to add a further Microsoft Solutions Designation for AI over the coming months.
