The Sound of West End Musicals
With its sold-out debut back in July, The Sound of West End Musicals took all the magic of a West End production to the breathtaking setting of Clifton Downs. Featuring songs from Wicked, Les Misérables and The Lion King, alongside many more Broadway hits, the stage transformed into a full-scale theatrical show.
The highlight of the night had to be the special guest performance from Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat star Gareth Gates. The former Pop Idol finalist sang Any Dream Will Do to a full live orchestra, while the day-long event also saw stunning lighting, immersive visuals and jaw-dropping special effects.
The Encore
The Sound of West End Musicals will be back on Clifton Downs on Friday, August 6, 2027. Promising an even grander production, attendees can expect songs not heard previously heard, special guests yet to be revealed, and more than 60 performers made up of acclaimed West End vocalists, dancers, acrobats, circus acts and more.
The 2027 line-up will feature the biggest songs from the most beloved musicals, including Wicked, Chicago, Moulin Rouge, Hairspray, Hamilton, Phantom of the Opera, The Greatest Showman and We Will Rock You. The Sound of West End Musicals is suitable for all ages, but under-18s must be accompanied by an adult.
How do I get tickets?
Presale sign-ups are already open, with thousands already signed up. Giving you one extra hour of priority access, presale opens at 9am on Friday, September 25, before general sale follows at 10am. With the show likely to sell out, limited tickets are available from £36. Payment plans are also available, and tickets can be booked with a £10 deposit.
