South Africa’s Casey Jarvis has finally achieved his breakthrough victory on the DP World Tour.
The 22-year-old from Boksburg won the Magical Kenya Open at the Karen Country Club in Nairobi following a final round of eight-under-par 62.
He finished the tournament on 255 -25-under – three strokes clear of American Davis Bryant.

This was the third time Jarvis had started the final round of a DP World Tour event in the lead, and although still only 22, this victory was long overdue.
He’s still the only amateur to win South Africa’s Triple Crown, the South African Amateur Championship, the SA Stroke Play Championship and the African Amateur Championship and can look forward to next weekend’s SA Open in Stellenbosch with great confidence.
